Welcome to the weekend!  It's time to recharge and do a little bit of planning for the week ahead.

Create a daily schedule and stick to it. It will make you feel organized, productive and much happier!

I suggest writing out a daily work schedule, including time for breaks and workouts.

Also, if you have kids, map out a clear schedule for them and post it on the wall.

You might also want to plan your meals for the week!

What's your schedule going to be for next week?  Take a look at last week and notice what worked/didn't work so you can adjust your schedule for the week ahead.  Include time for work, morning/evening routines, kids, meals, fitness, and anything else that matters to you.
