Are you drinking enough water?
Water is necessary for our body to digest and absorb vitamins and nutrients. It helps to flush our liver and kidneys of waste. It also energizes you and makes you feel great!
Feeling hungry? It could be THIRST. The next time you want to grab a snack, try a tall glass of refreshing water, instead.
One of the most common complaints I'm hearing, from clients, is how they wish they could remember to drink more water! This does tend to happen during busy times. It's happening to me, too, and I *love* water.
Keep a pitcher full of water with some orange slices or cucumber for a spa-like treat. Or, add fresh mint.
Another easy way to drink more water is by placing a large container of yummy water on your nightstand. When you wake up, drink it!
If there's a goal you keep forgetting to do, look for ways to make it a no-brainer and super easy to do.
