Have you thought about who you are BEING while you DO yourself through life? Many of us are jam packed with “doing activities.” We are busy. We have lists. We like to accomplish. However, we are human beings - not human doings, at the core. Right now, you might feel like you're DOING a lot more and just trying to get through the day.
Begin by clarifying how you want to BE throughout April. How do you want to show up as a person, in other words?
Carefully choose your words and make sure they excite or inspire you in some way.
ps. After you choose your BE words, write them on an index card and frame it. Place it somewhere where you'll see those words daily - by the bathroom sink is a good spot. Write "I am ____, ______ and ______." This will help reinforce your desire to become each word.
