How do I start?
There are three ways to work with a coach.
Here are your options:
Coaching RATES

Goals Program
(If you're on a budget or tight on time, this is a flexible and cost-effective way to get coached.)
First, you will select goals in 8 areas of your life, using a catalog of goal ideas I'll send you for inspiration. Yes, you're free to create your own list of unique goals. Then, you'll ramp up the energy around your goals by using my 'visual anchors' technique. Next, you'll move into the Goal Implementation phase and will remain there as long as you like, up to a year.
Each week, you and I will communicate via email using my focus form for structure. One current client refers to me as a "personal growth pen pal." Others simply enjoy the discipline of sharing their focus for the week with me and getting fresh ideas for accomplishing goals much faster or with greater ease. I like to think of myself as a modern day 'Dear Abby'! This is a flexible
program that helps you focus on what really matters
to you in eight areas of your life. The end result is a balanced
life and the completion of a staggering number of personal
goals you've selected. Click

Amazing Life E-Course
(I'll send you a coaching lesson each week and follow up via email to help you apply the information to your own, unique life.)
In three months your life will be amazing. You will receive a series of 12 lessons, one a week, which are viewable online. Your job is to read each lesson
and follow through on the "Lifework" assignment
every week. This is an incredible way to receive the benefit
of focused coaching at a fraction of the cost. Each week
I'll tell you exactly what you need
to do with specific assignments. I created this course to help people quickly gain more balance by helping them clean up several fundamental areas of their lives. Sometimes, that's all it takes. Get started today.

Personal coaching
Prior to beginning a personal
coaching program, I like to visit with you for 30 minutes
or so to make sure we are a good match. Coaching is so personal,
it's important for you to trust your instincts when hiring
one. If we aren't a match, I'll recommend a few other coaches
for you to call. I invite anyone considering coaching to
call me for a consultation which
includes some coaching so you'll get a feel for it.
We will talk (by telephone) once a week.
Before each call, you will email me a Coaching Prep Form
highlighting the events and accomplishments of your week
and ideas for coming weeks.
I will listen to what you are saying and not saying and
reflect back to you what I am hearing which will enable
us to strengthen your inner voice and wisdom. I use a lot
of intuition, as well, and will let you know what I sense
is going on after I hear you talk. Targeting in on the core
issue and getting crystal clear about a situation is one
of my gifts.
During a session, I also like to come up with creative
ways to guide you to tap into your intuition. For example,
we'll play a visualization game where I'll ask you to attach
a smell, taste, and feel to 2 different decisions. This
is a great way to get a perspective outside of your head
for you brainy types!. I intend for our sessions to be creative,
fun and productive.
As your coach, I will request that you do "homework" exercises
that will further your development with a project or as
a person. These requests can be accepted, declined or renegotiated.
The idea is for you to stretch yourself and accept a task
that you are capable and willing to do.
I think about my clients frequently and will always be by your side in some way. Many clients say they feel my presence or hear my voice reminding them to be true to their priorities even when I'm not sure. Good trick, eh? I don't know how I do it, but I'm glad it happens frequently! If you want to share an insight with me or get an extra nudge, you are free to email me between calls to continue our coaching conversation. My goal is for you to feel momentum and an ongoing partnership when you hire me. That's what you deserve when you hire a coach.
Most clients initially commit to 3-6 months of coaching
and many will complete one project and continue coaching
to address other goals. It is up to and you will pay on
a month to month basis but I recommend at least 3 months
for all new clients.
Rates
After speaking with you initially, I'll recommend 2 or 3 phone sessions a month.
2 sessions a month (50-55 minutes each) for $395
3 sessions
a month (35-40 minutes each) for $395
3 sessions a month (50-55 minutes each) for $550
In addition to the phone sessions, we'll continue our coaching conversations via email during your week 'off' (this is optional and at your pace) so you'll always feel momentum and partnership. After coaching for nearly 10 years, I realize the importance of talking AND writing. So, I make myself available by phone and email to all one-on-one clients so you're free to process information and insights as they occur to you.
COACHES ON KRISTIN'S TEAM:
I have a referral network of coaches to whom I regularly
refer clients. Most of them charge a flat rate of $300-350
for 3 calls a month (40-45 minutes each). Also, newer coaches
in training are willing to charge even less, as well...So,
ask me for a referral and I'll be glad to help
TERMS For One on One coaching.
Payment is due the first of the month in advance
and is payable by check or credit card.
