I want you to remember this moment. Right now. This is the moment you've decided to change your life, one week at a time. In this moment, you've decided to simply redirect your efforts away from maintaining mediocrity and toward becoming the best version of yourself. You see, we are either slightly moving forward or moving backwards. Change is ongoing. We are never standing completely still. By focusing on yourself each week, through this e-course, you are moving FORWARD toward an amazing life.
