Meet Jeneice Miller,
A "Pearl" in a Sea of Realtors:
Q: How did you hear about coaching
and why did you hire Kristin to be your coach?
A: I was ready
to take my life to another level and I didn't have any immediate
resources I felt that could help me to achieve my goal.
At the time, I wanted to leave the corporate world and work
for myself. I really wanted to create a better life for
myself and my family. I read about Kristin online and I
hired her because of her style.
My main goals were to:
- Challenge myself to go to the next level.
- Leave the corporate world and work for myself.
- Create a better life for myself and my family.
- Discover the right career.
Q: What are some
of the results of your coaching experience?
A: Kristin
helped me visualize what my ideal day would look like. As
a result, I enrolled in real estate school and earned my
license. I worked at my corporate job for one year while
training with a realty company. Then, after having three
deals in escrow, I was able to leave corporate America.
All of this happened in a little over a year. I have been
self-employed now for the past three years and I use the
principles that Kristin taught me to build a better life.
Q: What were
some of the intangible results of your coaching experience?
A: I learned
how to lead a balanced life and with balance comes happiness,
money, peace of mind, etc. I am constantly evolving. I no
longer chase after anything. Kristin helped me to create
a life of abundance. Life can be a fabulous journey if you
instill the right principles and open yourself up to becoming
more. We are all here to lead a wonderful life. Coaching
helped me do just that.
Q: Why do you
think coaching works? What about it works for you?
A: Coaching
works because you are always held accountable. It grounds
me and helps keep me focused. One of the best experiences
I had with Kristin was the process of visualizing and creating
my new life. I especially remember visualizing the building
of a home from the ground up, as a metaphor for creating
my ideal life.
Q: Do you feel
your coaching dollars were worth it? Why or why not?
A: Yes! Coaching
changed my life and I can't put a price tag on that! Kristin
is dynamic, knowledgeable, grounded, and extremely passionate
about coaching.

 Jeneice
is a fireball full of energy and enthusiasm. When she first
contacted me for coaching, it was obvious Jeneice simply
needed to focus her energy in the right direction. So, we
started by getting crystal clear about the life of her dreams.
Armed with a personal mission to create more abudance, balance,
and freedom, she took steps forward to transition her career.
As a busy mom and wife, it was challenging for Jeneice to
focus on her full time corporate job and earn her real estate
license, in addition to interning with a real estate company
on the side. She simply got it done.
Her focus, determination and drive eventually enabled her
to quit her job and work full time as a Realtor where she's
able to create a schedule that promotes balance for herself
and her family (and as a Realtor, that is a challenge).
People like Jeneice thrive when they work in commission-based
careers. For Jeneice, the sky is the limit. Now she has
a career that will reward her for her time, energy and focus.
I've always thought of Jeneice as a thoroughbred. When
we first spoke, she was stuck in the barn. Now she's running
on the track. Jeneice's unyielding committment to excellence
is why I regard her as one of my most memorable and rewarding
clients. She loves to sign up for coaching tune-ups to refine
aspects of the new life she created. She's come a long way
and will continue to do so for the rest of her life.
