Question: What could you start or stop doing that would create
a positive chain of events in your life?
Answer: Just One Thing. (Read on. I'll
explain more.)
Think of a row of dominoes neatly placed in a line. They are
still, stagnant, and might even collect dust if they stay that
way long enough! But, if you simply tip ONE
of the dominoes, momentum is instantly created and all of the
dominoes neatly fall with precision and grace.
This is what your life is like. If you learn which of your "dominoes"
to tip, you could start a wonderful chain of events in your life.
I'd like to help you begin.
Over the next 30 days, I'm inviting 10 people to enter into a
coaching partnership with me. Our goal will be to identify JUST
ONE THING you will do to create a lasting
"domino effect" of momentum in your life. Do you know
it only takes 21 days to form a habit? Well, you have 30! In 30
days, with weekly phone sessions and DAILY email contact with
me, I'd like to hold you accountable for doing JUST
ONE THING, every day for the next 30 days,
without fail.
What will your JUST ONE THING
be? That depends. Here are some ideas:
-
Make a list of your tolerations/problems or energy zappers
and handle one, each day for the next 30 days.
-
Get your finances or debt in order by dedicating 15-30 minutes
each day to "project financial flow". We'll come
up with daily actions for you to take. (I am great at brainstorming
and creating ideas.)
-
Exercise every day for a month and make it a habit.
-
Create balance and grace in your life by focusing on extreme
self care every day for a month (in addition to your normal
routine).
-
Make your home a haven by painting, tossing clutter, organizing,
each day for a month. (I've had clients knock down walls and
create miracles in a short time.)
The list goes on and on. Think of a PROBLEM
you have (or something you've been ignoring in your life) and
we'll create your "Just
One Thing" game plan.
During our initial call, I'll coach you to get clear about your
focus, so don't worry!
Is this too simple? Think about the dominoes again. It only took
ONE
domino to start the chain moving. Your life is the same.
How the idea originated
I consistently notice people who are in what I call "life
overwhelm." They have so many goals and aren't sure where to start or may feel too overwhelmed
to begin at all. Many of them lack the focus or accountability
structure to be really successful. The key, I have found, is to
pick ONE
goal and really NAIL
IT first. This level of focus is energizing for people
and they begin to notice a positive chain of events as a result.
How does this work?
Over the next month, we will speak once a week via phone.. In
between calls, you will have extreme accountability and check
in with me via email EVERY
day to share your progress or get a swift kick in the rear. If
I do not hear from you each day, at our set time, I'll call you
on the phone to ask why. Believe me, you do not want the dreaded
KristinCoach Phone Call. I don't intend to nag you, but I will
hold you accountable and hunt you down like a wild animal if you
fall off track!
We'll pick your JUST ONE THING
in our initial call and you'll simply DO
IT over the 30 day span, no matter what. At the end
of the month, you'll have a new healthy habit and the dominoes
in your life will be in motion.
Here's what I am looking for:
I want 10 clients excited about this idea. You must have faith
you can stick with something DAILY
for a month. You'll also need the TIME
to dedicate to yourself every day (15-30 minutes will do the trick).
The fee is $350/month.
Deadline to sign up is Friday, September 5th. (Your 30 days will begin with your first phone session
which will be scheduled after you sign up. We'll choose a time
and date that works for both of us.)
There are only 10 spots at this time.
EMAIL me at KTCoaching@aol.com
to inquire.
NOTE: If you wish to continue coaching, after the 30 days,
my normal rates will apply or I'll arrange for you to work with
a coach on my team at a reduced rate. I expect you to get
A LOT out of the 30 days,
though, so ongoing coaching is not required unless you want to
take this to another level.
